Natalie is a pro who knows the Montville Township market extremely well. She uses a team approach with other affiliated agents, so that even when Natalie is unavailable, someone else on the team is.
First, she made some suggestions as to small improvements we could make to the property to enhance its appeal to prospective buyers. I think the suggestions were "spot on" and resulted in an increase in market value, which far outweighed the cost of the enhancements.
Second, she hired a professional to photograph the premises, to show off the beauty of the house. Professional photographs are far superior to amateur photographs, even to those taken by experienced brokers.
Lastly, she used a "delayed showing" to build up interest in the property prior to actually allowing anyone to see it. This resulted in 40 showings in two days, and 62 distinct groups visiting during the open house. We had a signed agreement within days, at a price significantly above asking.
Of course, part of that success was attributable to the property itself. But, Natalie and her team managed the process flawlessly, and maximized the transaction's value to me, the client. I would not hesitate in using Natalie again to act as selling agent for a home in Montville.
